Creative Team

Shelton Lindsay (Creator/Performer “Mark”/Production Designer/Showrunner): As designer and performer, Shelton has brought his own brand of camp charm to music videos, commercial shoots, professional film sets, and T.V. (Catch him in Seasons 1, 2 of High Maintenance, Tales of the City and in Amy Miller Gross’ Accommodations). He’s also an ensemble member of the NEW YORK NEO-FUTURISTS, FOU FOU HA and THE HOUSE OF YES.

Justin Taylor (Creator/Performer “Thrush”): Justin is a playwright and TV writer who has brought his fae spirit to numerous theatrical productions and TV pilots (including his musical Alien Love Child and work at Playwright’s Horizons, BRIC Arts Media, and Prospect Theater; MFA from Yale).
Joshua Fesi (Creator/Performer “Pigeon”): Joshua is a writer, visual artist, and adjunct faculty at Rutgers University. Joshua is co-writer and co-director the queer sci-fi play Paradise Lost in Space, produced in Vermont and Tennessee, which they are developing as a musical to bring to New York City.
Nessa Norich (Director): Nessa is a performance artist, writer and director living in Brooklyn. Her work has been featured in HBO’s High Maintenance, at Joe’s Pub, NY Live Arts, the Bushwick Starr and has been shown internationally to London, Oslo, Delhi, Edinburgh and Paris.

Fiora Wise (Composer): Feathers Wise is an American transgender singer-songwriter and actress. Born in Novato, CA, she began writing music as a young teenager using her home-built PC and Scream Tracker 3. She studied music composition in College, and dropped out to transition. She found her voice singing at queer piano bars and around Radical Faerie fire circles.

Feathers sang in Jean Grae’s Intersectionals Choir at Church of the Infinite You (2017), appeared on stage in Joel Escher and Blair Bodine’s musical Superhots! (2017), in Anna Wise’s music video “Stacking That Paper” (2017), in Chloé Rossetti’s short play “Planet Femme” (2017) and short film “SUNRIDER” (2018), in M-34’s Production of “Salome” (2018), in The Heat Collective’s Production of “The Night It Rained” (2018), and in Brandon Colvin’s feature film “A Dim Valley” (TBR 2019).

L Morgan Lee (Performer “Messy”): L Morgan Lee is an actress, photographer and sometimes writer. She was recently seen in the premiere of Michael R. Jackson’s critically acclaimed musical, A Strange Loop Off-Broadway at Playwrights Horizons. Some of her credits include: Ludo’s Broken Bride, Captain Louie, JC Superstar, Dreamgirls, Jekyll & Hyde, Weird Romance. Film: A Black Girl’s Manifesto, Waystation in the Stars. Concert: Our Lady J: Gospel for the Godless (NYC, Berlin, and London).
