Synopsis
The Fae is a queer fantasy multimedia series that follows Mark, a straight-laced gay man who suddenly learns about magical queer beings called “fae”—and that he might be one of them! Do you love Buffy the Vampire Slayer and John Waters? The Fae is their love child.
Mark (Shelton Lindsay), a gay millennial, possesses all the trappings coveted by mainstream gay culture—the cute fiancé, the supportive parents, the condo in Hell’s Kitchen—but he shamefully hides his most passionate gift from the world, dolls he crafts out of trash… that is, until he meets Puck, a fae who looks just like one of his dolls, and he is taken into their sanctuary…
